About the Program: The Delaware Readiness Teams and our partners are distributing books this summer, beginning in June, as part of the Delaware Department of Education’s Literacy Plan’s Summer Reading Program. The theme goes along with the Delaware Division of Libraries summer reading theme “Oceans of Possibility.”
